If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.<\/p><p><strong>2. Changes to Terms<\/strong><br \/>We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The most current version will be available on the App with the effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.<\/p><p><strong>3. User Accounts<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.<\/li><li>You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Use of the App<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all\u00a0 applicable laws and regulations.<\/li><li>You will not use the App to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone&#8217;s use or enjoyment of the App.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><br \/>The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by August Insight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.<\/p><p><strong>7. Termination<\/strong><br \/>We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App without prior notice for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these terms.<\/p><p><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><br \/>In no event shall August Insight, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.<\/p><p><strong>9.
